Anubex is a privately held, R&D-focused software company, founded by a number of application development and implementation experts in 1988 under the name Falcon Software NV.

Anubex has held a position of proactive leadership in the industry of legacy renovation since it began developing and marketing migration tools in 1993. Since this date, our tools and project methodologies have matured and today we can significantly relieve an organisation of risk by providing legacy renovation solutions with fixed price guarantees.

Through automation, Anubex tools greatly reduce the costs and risks of enterprise application integration, software transformation, or migration efforts. Companies can use the tools from Anubex directly in their own transformation projects, or can outsource transformation services to the leading software consultancies that deploy the tools as value-added resellers.

Anubex continually invests in new tools, which it builds with its own enabling SLAM technology. SLAM stands for Syntactic Language Abstraction Method and is a strategic innovation that extends the fundamentals of parse-tree transformation and compiler-building techniques. By 2004, Anubex had used SLAM to build over 40 tools for various platforms and programming languages.

With its tool-building expertise and an expanding partner program extending beyond Europe to as far away as Australia, Anubex has a growing list of references with some of the world's largest banks, insurers, manufacturers, and government institutions.
