Hans De Backer joins Anubex as shareholder & director

Being ready to advise and assist clients across the globe, the company has decided to strengthen its management team and announces that Hans De Backer (47) joins as shareholder & director.
Hans De Backer is civil engineer and master in financial management who made an international career in finance at Fortis Bank (now BNP Paribas Fortis) including leadership positions in Hong Kong, Turkey and Belgium. He then became CEO and CFO at Enfinity, a leading player in solar energy.
At Anubex, Hans De Backer will act as CFO and focus on finance, HR, legal and strategy/business development.

Anubex and Eric Vervliet – a 22.5% shareholder who sold his shares to Hans De Backer in order to retire – were advised by Fibizpartners. Other shareholders are Hessel van Deutekom (22.5%), Tony van der Beken (22.5%), Louis Heymans (22.5%), Ben Wilson (5%) and Kris Ceuppens (5%).
