To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an experienced DevOps engineer for our office in Kontich.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities are:

  • Maintenance and monitoring of the existing build and version management servers;
  • Maintenance and monitoring of the existing Linux servers (mostly RedHat based);
  • Integrate the Anubex flagship testing products in DevOps chains to support ongoing projects;
  • Setup and configuration of new servers (application, database, migration);
  • Automate deliveries to customers;
  • Advise customers on the integration of the migrated application in their environment (e.g. using OpenShift, Docker, …);

In this role you work closely together with the Factory Manager.

Job profile

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and experience with Linux and/or Unix systems;
  • Knowledge of and experience with market leading configuration management and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Bitbucket, …)
  • Knowledge of and experience with software containers and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, …)
  • Knowledge of and experience in scripting languages (e.g. Python or Perl);
  • Knowledge of and experience with application building (e.g. Makefiles, Ant, Maven, Gradle, MSBuild, …);
  • Knowledge of and experience with relational databases (e.g. Oracle,MySQL, …) and SQL;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;

Assets:

  • A Bachelor and/or Master degree in Information Technology with 10 years of experience;
  • Experience with Windows servers;
