The last fifteen years Anubex has successfully migrated over 100 enterprise scale legacy applications around the globe, with a 100% success rate. Across these projects combined, the Anubex tools have migrated in excess of 100 millions lines of source code, and 100s of terabytes of data. There are two key-factors that contributed to these projects' success: an absolute focus on automation (for conversion, automation, and testing), and a comprehensive project execution methodology.

It is very important to understand that a migration project differs significantly from a traditional system development project, and consequently follows a different approach and schedule.
The execution of an Anubex migration project consists of several distinctive steps, starting with the migration preparations, via tools parameterization and customization, the technical migration (conversion), the setup of the target environments and a number of testing steps, and finally concluded with the production system going live and a warranty period.
Follow-up of all these steps is managed by weekly progress meetings, and overseen by monthly Steering Committee meetings.
In summary, these are the principal steps of an Anubex migration project:
Each of these steps consists of a number of tasks that will result in a number of deliverables.
